Greetings to one and all,
 
Just forwarding the great news that the Euro-Classica Show will take place this year on September 21-22 at Reynolda Village.  That gives one month to shine up your pride and joy. 
 
Nat Arnold is the main event organizer and if anyone would like to volunteer to help, it's a sure thing that he would appreciate it.  Nat has a ton of experience in organizing national level car shows, this event should be a one for the record books.

The 4th Annual Euro-Classica weekend will feature three unique events catered towards the European car and motorcycle enthusiast.  We have a few exciting changes for 2013 so we hope you can join us for a weekend of fun centered around the classic cars and culture of Europe. Each event is independent so you will need to register and pay for each event individually.  Mark your calendars and plan to join us for a great weekend of fun and motoring!

The Gathering of Cars and Motorcycles--Saturday at Reynolda Village

This year we have a new location for our gathering of European cars, Reynolda Village. Reynolda Village is located near the Wake Forrest University campus and Reynolda Manor on Reynolda Rd. The grounds are a beautiful location to display cars and motorcycles and the shops and restaurants in the village will provide attendees with plenty to see and do.  Visitors can also walk over to the Historic Reynolda Manor House and Botanical Gardens which are adjacent to Reynolda Village. 

We are a rain or shine event. Grand Prix de Monaco Casino Night--Saturday at FLOW BMW Winston-Salem

Our Grand Prix de Monaco Casino Night benefiting Parkinsons Research will be back at the FLOW BMW showroom.  There will be a selection of European cars on display, casino style gambling and a slot car track inspired by the historic Monaco Grand Prix.  For ticket and registration information please visit TeamWS on the web at www.teamws.org.

BRP CruZ--Sunday at FLOW BMW Winston-Salem

Sunday’s BRP Cruz will cruise along the Blue Ridge Parkway to Chateau Morrisette. Lead by Lee Davis, we will travel on scenic NC backroads through Hanging Rock State Park, Squirrel Spur, Meadows of the Dan and Mabry Mill until we arrive at Chateau Morrisette Winery.  Tickets are $20 per person which includes Bruch at FLOW BMW and a winery tour. Schedule of Events

Saturday, September 21

9:30 am - 11:00 am - Arrive at Reynolda Village

Enter the property through main entrance on Reynolda Rd. (note: this is not the gated entrance to Reynolda Manor) Follow signs to the display area. Please stop at registration tent. Our volunteers will come to your car (weather permitting) and complete your registration.  The cost is $20 per car.  To speed things along cash and exact change are helpful.  We can also accept checks or credit cards with a $2 service fee. There will also be staff to help you park.  Please work with them to ensure we have a smooth flow of traffic.  They will easy to find and well-marked.  If you wish to park as a group it is important that you arrive as a group.  We will do everything we can to keep you together. Spectators do not need to enter the display area. They will park in the available parking around Reynolda Village.

11:00  am – 3:30 pm – Cars on Display and eligible for Judging and People’s Choice

3:45 pm – 4:30 pm – Awards Ceremony near main tent.

7:00 pm – 11:00 pm – Grand Prix de Monoco Casino Night – FLOW BMW – Peters Creek Parkway

Come and see the Flow Showroom transformed into a Casino reminiscent of Monaco.  Each participant will get you heavy hors d’oeuvres, beverages and $10k in play money.  – Tickets available at www.teamws.org. All proceeds go to Parkinson’s Research

Sunday, September 22

9:30 am – BRP CruZ – FLOW BMW – Peters Creek Parkway

Meet at FLOW BMW at 9:30 am for a Bruch provided by FLOW Automotive.  Please arrive with a full tank of gas. Directions will be provided at departure. A GPS and cell phone will also be helpful in the event of a missed turn or off route excursion. The cost for this event is $20 and all proceeds go to Parkinson’s Research.
