It's that time of year again!

We will be doing something a little different for this year's holiday party. Starting off first with the location: the Clam Digger Inn at Altantic Beach, NC, near Morehead City. It's farther for the Virginians, but we hope to make it worth your while with a nicer buffet and party room than what we've ever had in Manteo. So let's get to the specifics -

• When: Saturday, December 3rd, 2011, 7:00pm (3pm meet & greet)

• Room Rate: $50.28 (all taxes included - mention "Alfa Group")

Party details: this will be BYOB as in years past, however the buffet will come with coffee, tea, and soft drinks. The club will be providing a three entree buffet with dessert. The entree selections are as follows (please note - only three of these can be selected for the buffet line) :

- Fried Chicken - Barbecue Chicken - Grilled Chicken
- Down East BBQ - Honey Baked Ham - Pork Chops in Gravy
- Lasagna - Fried Shrimp - Broiled Flounder - Fried Flounder
- Spaghetti w/meat sauce - Country Style Steak - Shrimp Creole
- Beef Tips w/rice

Please email me at rtriebwasser@cavtel.net with the three entree selections you would like on the buffet and I will get the three that are most requested by the membership.

And don't forget the Italian Gift Exchange! It used to be the Chinese Gift Exchange, but I have added some features that should generate several vendettas, or at least an Italian hand gesture or two!

More details to follow, but go ahead and get your room reservation now!!! There is a lot to do in the Morehead City area during the holidays, and this promises to be our best party yet. For those that can come early on Friday, we are planning some activities for that night and on Saturday. This could easily be a fun three day weekend. Hope to see you there!
