Please if you are in the RED and BLUE run groups RSVP ASAP!
Ciao, Alfisto Steve
Your Organizer, Rick Triebwasser, sent the following message to some members of
Mid-Atlantic Alfa Romeo Club:
Looks like a great turn-out for the holiday party this year. I first wanted
to mention for any newbies that we do an Italian gift exchange after dinner. If
you wish to participate, please bring a wrapped gift or gifts in the $10-15
range. The Italian gift exchange involves gift stealing, which often leads to
vendettas and mob-style hits - all in the name of good fun. Alfa & car
related gifts always are heavily desired and fought over, food & wine
gifts being also very popular. Also, don't forget you can still bring in your
own beverage to the party, even though we are in an actual restaurant this
Here's who I believe to be
coming so far (in no particular order):
Steve, Mary Lee & Sara Patchin, Joe
& Jamal Jakubowski, Dave & Debbie Morris, Kevin, Barrie & Samantha
Harper, Don & Elaine Ferree, Don & Pat King, Kent & Betsy Decker,
Eric & LeAnn Russell, Jay &
Susan Maveety, Bill & Susan Bean, Bert & Marsha Neilly, Bruce, Carol
& Guest Sharer, Ron & Terri Weddle, Steve & Nancy Margolis, Shawn
Rich & Mary Minor, Tom & Robin
(& Elizabeth?) Gonella, Jim Salerno
Alfisti listed in green
have given me their food selections, those in red and blue have not. I believe those in
blue are coming, but have
not received an actual RSVP, or email. If I have missed or messed something up
completely, let me know.
Red & Blue peeps, please send me your food choices.
This will help the restaurant provide faster service (don't worry, you
can always change your mind). Selections are:
Chicken Cacciatore, Penne Godfather, Veal Marsala, Angel Hair
Trapenese, Penne Siciliane (last two are vegetarian).
FRIDAY NIGHT DINNER AT SAM
Here's who I have coming so far - Dave & Debbie, Don & Pat,
Eric & LeAnn, Ron & Terri, Bruce & Carrol, Rick & Andy.
If you are not on this list - let me know if you would like to join us
for dinner on Friday.
Hope everybody got enough turkey - now stand by for the pasta!
Ciao for now,
